Kristi was our agent when we bought our house in 2018, and that experience was incredible. She has kept up with us ever since, and in 2020 she helped us walk through the refinance process. Through this we were able to switch from a 30-year to 15-year fixed mortgage and capture a much better rate. Kristi displayed expert knowledge and was so helpful at each step. My wife and I can't recommend her any higher!

Dealing with kristi was an absolute pleasure. However the whole loan type is set up very weird and it’s hard to do. Also the other people involved aren’t the best at returning phone calls. For kirsti, she was amazing every step of the way.
